1Less food in the peelings

The blade follows the surface to remove a thin, even layer.

2Two preparations, one duo

Peel everyday ingredients, then switch to julienne strips with the second tool.

3Ready to keep within reach

A compact tool with no assembly, ready whenever you open the drawer.

The right motion from the first peel

Stop turning peeling into chopping.

A knife often takes part of the vegetable with the peel. A blade that follows the surface gives you cleaner, more even preparation with less waste.

01

A thinner peel

The moving blade follows the vegetable instead of taking a chunk with every pass.

02

One continuous motion

The wooden handle gives you a stable grip for longer prep sessions.

03

Two useful finishes

Switch from everyday peeling to vegetable julienne strips with the second tool.

Buballoon peeler on a thick-skinned squash

Even when the skin fights back

Squash, potatoes or carrots: the blade stays on track.

The stainless-steel frame keeps the blade against the vegetable, giving you a clean path on straight surfaces and irregular shapes.

  • 1Start flat. Create one clean strip to steady the next pass.
  • 2Work in passes. Turn the vegetable instead of twisting your wrist.
  • 3Stay in control. Light pressure is enough with a sharp blade.

Two complementary blades

Peeling is not julienne cutting. Your duo does both.

The smooth blade handles everyday peeling. The toothed blade turns carrots, courgettes or cucumbers into fine strips for salads, stir-fries and garnishes.

Smooth blade

Thin, even peeling for vegetables and firm-skinned fruit.

Julienne blade

Fine strips quickly, without pulling out a bulky mandoline.

Thin peeling to reduce food waste

You can see the difference in the peel

Less in the bin. More on the plate.

A rigid blade or knife struggles with curves and removes too much. The duo’s moving blade stays against the surface so more food remains.

Made for the everyday kitchen drawer

Solid wood in your hand. Stainless steel where it works.

The solid-wood handle gives a natural grip. The stainless-steel frame handles repeated preparation and rinses clean after use.

  • Stable grip. The handle stays comfortable when the prep pile grows.
  • Riveted construction. No hollow plastic handle and no parts to assemble.
  • Simple care. Rinse, wipe and store once fully dry.

One detail that replaces another tool

When prep is done, open the bottle with the same tool.

The notch in the stainless-steel frame works as a bottle opener. Nothing to assemble and no extra tool to find at the table.

One duo for the whole basket

The small tool you use before almost every meal.

Keep both peelers together so the right blade is ready for the ingredient, recipe and finish you need.

Potatoes

A thin peel, even around irregular shapes.

Carrots

Peel quickly or make julienne strips.

Cucumbers

Remove all the skin or create decorative ribbons.

Squash

Work in controlled strips on firmer skins.

Before you order

Two blades, two jobs and no surprises when you open the box.

Box contents, compatible produce, care, safety and delivery: the useful answers before you choose your set.

What exactly is included in one duo?

One duo contains two separate tools: a smooth-blade peeler and a toothed peeler for julienne strips. Each tool has a wooden handle and a built-in bottle opener.

What is the difference between the two blades?

The smooth blade removes a thin, continuous peel. The toothed blade cuts even fine strips for salads, garnishes and stir-fries.

Can it peel squash and thick skins?

Yes, including butternut squash and firm-skinned vegetables. Work on a stable board in short strips without forcing the blade. Exceptionally hard or woody rind may still need to be cut first.

Which foods can I use it on?

The duo works well on potatoes, carrots, cucumbers, courgettes, apples, pears and squash. The julienne blade is especially useful on firm, elongated vegetables.

Is it suitable for right- and left-handed use?

Yes. The Y shape and moving blade work in either hand. Keep your fingers clear of the blade path and always peel away from your hand.

Can I put it in the dishwasher?

To protect the wooden handle, hand washing is recommended. Rinse after use, wipe the blade and let the handle dry completely before storing the duo.

Is the blade very sharp?

It is designed to peel efficiently and should be handled like any sharp kitchen tool. Use a stable board, peel away from your fingers and keep the duo out of reach of children.

Where do you deliver?

We provide free tracked delivery across South Africa. Delivery is estimated at 7–14 days, and tracking is sent by email after dispatch.
