These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made through this online store. They explain how product orders, payments, promotions, delivery, returns and customer responsibilities are handled. By submitting an order, you agree to these Terms of Sale together with the Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

We make reasonable efforts to keep product information accurate and current. However, product packaging, color tones, minor finish details, included inserts and presentation may vary slightly from photos due to lighting, screen settings, production batches or normal updates.
An order is placed when you complete checkout and submit payment. You are responsible for reviewing all order details before payment, including item selection, quantity, color or variant, shipping address, contact email and any promotional offer applied. If you notice an error after ordering, contact support@buballoon.com immediately. Changes cannot be guaranteed after an order enters processing or fulfillment.
An order confirmation email means that the order request has been received. Orders may still be reviewed before fulfillment. We may refuse, cancel or limit an order when necessary, including for payment issues, suspected fraud, abusive promotion use, inventory problems, incorrect pricing, technical errors, shipping restrictions, incomplete address details or any other legitimate operational reason. If a paid order is cancelled, a refund will be issued to the original payment method where possible.
Prices are shown at checkout in the available store currency. Promotions, discounts, bundles, free gifts and limited-time offers may have specific conditions and may end or change without notice where permitted by law. A promotion is valid only when it is displayed and successfully applied at checkout. If a promotion is applied incorrectly because of a technical issue or misuse, the order may be corrected or cancelled.
Buy-one-get-one, bundle or free gift offers may require all items in the offer to remain together for returns or refunds. If part of a promotional bundle is kept, the refund may be adjusted to account for the value of the retained product or free item. Free items have no separate cash value unless required by law.
Payment must be authorized before fulfillment. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method. Payment providers may decline, review or delay a transaction for security reasons. We are not responsible for bank fees, currency conversion differences, payment provider delays or declined payments.
Shipping options and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout where available. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, incorrect address details, missed delivery attempts and local service interruptions may affect delivery. Unless clearly included at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility. Refusing delivery because of unpaid local charges may result in return costs, carrier fees or refund deductions where allowed by law.
Please inspect your order soon after delivery. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact support promptly with your order number and clear photos or video. Keep the product, packaging and shipping label until the issue is reviewed. Approved claims may be resolved with a replacement, refund, missing part shipment, store credit or another appropriate remedy based on the situation and stock availability.
Returns and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. A return must be requested within the stated return window and approved before the item is sent back. Items must be returned in eligible condition unless the return is due to a defect, damage or another issue covered by applicable law. Original shipping, return shipping and local charges may be non-refundable unless required by law or caused by our error.
