You may request a return within 30 days after delivery unless a different return period is required by applicable law. To start a return, contact support with your order number, the email address used at checkout and the reason for the return. A return is not approved until we confirm the return instructions by email. Items sent back without prior approval may be refused or may take longer to process.
To be eligible for a standard return, the item must be returned in a clean, complete and resalable condition, with all included accessories, manuals, inserts, protective materials and packaging where reasonably possible. The product must not show signs of misuse, intentional damage, excessive wear, contamination, alteration or unauthorized repair. We may refuse a return or reduce the refund amount if the returned item is incomplete, damaged, used beyond what is necessary to inspect it, or not the item originally purchased.
For hygiene, safety and quality reasons, some items may not be eligible for return once used, opened, damaged, contaminated or otherwise unsuitable for resale, unless the item is defective or the return is required by law. If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, contact us before sending it back.
To request a return, email support@buballoon.com with your order number, the name used on the order, the email address used at checkout, the item you want to return and the reason for the request. If the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, include clear photos or video showing the issue, the packaging and the shipping label. We will review your request and provide the next steps if the return is approved.
Unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, incorrect, or the law requires otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges, priority shipping fees, route protection fees, customs duties, taxes and carrier charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the refund is due to our error. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns. We are not responsible for return parcels that are lost, delayed, refused, damaged or delivered to the wrong address by the return carrier.
After a returned item is received, it will be inspected. If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method where possible. Please allow a reasonable processing period after delivery of the returned item. After a refund is issued, banks and payment providers may take additional time to post the funds to your account. We do not control bank processing times.
If the return is rejected after inspection, we will explain the reason. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer to return the item to you at your expense, provide a partial refund, offer store credit or dispose of the item if it cannot be safely or reasonably reshipped.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at support@buballoon.com. Include your order number and clear photos or video of the issue. Claims should be submitted promptly so that we can review the shipment, packaging and product condition. If the claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, missing part shipment or another appropriate remedy depending on the issue and stock availability.
Minor variations in color, packaging, finish or presentation may occur due to screen settings, production batches or photography and do not automatically qualify as defects. A product is considered defective when it does not function as reasonably expected under normal use and the issue is not caused by misuse, accidental damage, improper storage, unauthorized modification or normal wear.
You may request an order cancellation or change by contacting support immediately after placing the order. We cannot guarantee that a cancellation or change can be made once the order has entered processing, fulfillment or shipment. If the order has already shipped, you may need to follow the return process after delivery.
Promotional items, bundles, free gifts and discounted items may be subject to specific return rules. If a bundle or buy-one-get-one offer is returned, all items included in the offer may need to be returned together. If only part of a promotional bundle is returned, the refund may be adjusted to reflect the value of the retained items, the discount received, or the free item included in the order. Free gifts have no cash refund value unless required by law.
If you have an issue with an order, please contact us first so we can review and resolve it. Opening a payment dispute or chargeback before contacting support may delay the resolution while the payment provider reviews the case. We reserve the right to provide order records, tracking information, customer communications and policy details to payment providers when responding to disputes.
