How does the Nano HydraBrush bundle offer work?
Choose your first Nano HydraBrush color, then choose the gift color in the bundle selector. When the offer is active, the cart adds both brushes and applies the automatic discount to the gift brush.
The cart total should show one paid brush and one discounted gift brush when the offer conditions are met.
Can I choose two different colors?
Yes. The paid brush and the gift brush can be different colors, depending on availability. If a color is shown in the selector, it is available for the current product setup.
Why do I see two brushes in my cart?
That is expected when the bundle offer is used. One brush is the paid item and the second brush is the gift item. The discount line in the cart and checkout shows the offer being applied.
Can I change my color after ordering?
Email support@buballoon.com as soon as possible with your order number and the color you want. If the order has not been prepared yet, support can review the request.
Delivery
Where do you ship?
Nano HydraBrush can be ordered for South Africa and other eligible destinations shown at checkout. Delivery options are confirmed after the customer enters a shipping address.
How much is shipping?
When available for your address, tracked shipping is shown at checkout before payment. The checkout always displays the final delivery price before the order is confirmed.

Why does checkout ask for my address before showing shipping?
Shopify calculates delivery methods from the exact destination country, region and postal code. Entering the address allows checkout to display the correct available method.
Will I receive tracking?
When tracking is available for the selected shipping method, the tracking information is sent to the email used at checkout after the order has been processed.
Payments
What currency is used on the store?
Prices are displayed in South African Rand. You will see amounts using the rand symbol, for example R 499, on the product page, cart and checkout.
Is checkout secure?
Checkout is powered by Shopify and uses encrypted payment processing. The available payment methods are displayed directly in checkout before the order is completed.
When is my order confirmed?
An order is confirmed only after payment is completed and the confirmation page appears. You should also receive a confirmation email at the address used during checkout.

What is Nano HydraBrush made for?
Nano HydraBrush is designed to help smooth visible flyaways, puffy lengths and front pieces when hair needs a quick touch-up. It is made for easy brush-through use between full styling routines.
Does it replace a straightener?
No. Nano HydraBrush is a compact daily touch-up tool. It is positioned for quick smoothing and neatness, not as a replacement for full heat styling or salon treatments.
How should I store it?
Keep the brush clean, dry and away from direct water exposure. Store it in a safe place after use and follow any care instructions included with the product packaging.
Returns and support
Can I return my order?
Return eligibility depends on the timing, condition of the item and the applicable policy. Review the refund policy and contact support with your order number before sending anything back.
What should I include in a support email?
Include your order number, the email used at checkout, the delivery country, and a short description of the issue. This helps support identify the order faster.
How fast do you reply?
Customer support replies within one business day. During launch periods or high order volume, complex cases may need a little more time to review properly.
