This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, prepared, shipped, tracked and delivered when a customer purchases from this online store. Orders are processed after payment has been authorized and the order details have passed our standard review checks. Processing normally takes 1 to 3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays and carrier closure days. During launches, promotional periods, high demand periods or unexpected operational delays, processing may take longer. If a material delay affects your order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the email address provided at checkout.
Please make sure that the shipping information entered at checkout is complete and accurate. This includes the recipient name, phone number if requested, street address, apartment or unit number, city, postal code and country. Orders may be delayed, returned or undeliverable if the shipping information is incomplete or incorrect. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact support@buballoon.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has entered fulfillment or been handed to a carrier.
Available shipping destinations are shown at checkout. If a destination is not available at checkout, we are currently unable to ship to that location. Shipping availability may change based on carrier coverage, local restrictions, customs rules, logistics capacity or fraud prevention requirements.
Shipping options, estimated delivery windows and any applicable shipping cost are displayed during checkout before payment is completed. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. They are provided by carriers and logistics partners and may be affected by customs inspection, weather, local service disruptions, incorrect address information, missed delivery attempts, holiday volume or other events outside our control.
When free shipping is offered, it applies only to eligible orders and destinations shown at checkout. Free shipping does not guarantee a specific carrier, delivery speed or delivery date. If multiple shipping methods are available, the selected shipping method will be used where possible, but we may use an equivalent service when operationally necessary.
When tracking is available, a tracking link or tracking number will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking information may take 24 to 72 hours to update after the carrier receives the package. If the tracking page shows no movement immediately after shipment, this usually means that the carrier has not yet scanned the parcel into its network.
If your tracking information has not updated for several business days, contact support@buballoon.com with your order number and shipping email. We will review the shipment information and, where appropriate, open an inquiry with the carrier or provide the next available resolution steps.
Some orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or local charges imposed by the destination country or local authorities. These charges are not always included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout. The customer is responsible for any duties, taxes or charges required by local authorities for delivery. Customs processing may delay delivery and is outside our direct control.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and accepting delivery. If a parcel cannot be delivered because the address is incorrect, the recipient is unavailable, the parcel is refused, customs fees are unpaid, or the parcel is not collected from a pickup point within the required time, the package may be returned, abandoned or destroyed by the carrier. In those cases, shipping costs, return costs and any carrier or customs charges may be deducted from any refund where permitted by applicable law.
If a package is returned to sender and we receive it back in resalable condition, we may offer a reshipment or refund depending on the circumstances. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment. If the package is not returned to us, or is returned damaged because it was refused or unclaimed, we may be unable to provide a refund or replacement.
If your order appears lost, delayed beyond the expected delivery window, or arrives damaged, contact us promptly at support@buballoon.com. Include your order number, a short description of the issue and clear photos if the parcel or item arrived damaged. Claims must be reviewed with the carrier and may require additional information from the customer.
For damaged deliveries, keep the original packaging, shipping label and contents until the issue has been reviewed. Discarding packaging may limit the ability to investigate the claim. If the claim is approved, the resolution may include replacement, refund, store credit or another reasonable remedy depending on stock availability and applicable law.
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately. If an order is split into more than one parcel, each parcel may have its own tracking information and delivery date. You will not be charged extra shipping for a split shipment unless this was clearly stated before checkout.
